Bumblebee pot

Do you want to offer bumblebees a safe and comfortable nesting place in your garden? Our handmade bumblebee pot is specially designed to support these valuable pollinators. With a height of 18.5 cm and a diameter of 18 cm (bottom), this pot offers ample space for a bumblebee colony. The 3 cm entrance hole, surrounded by a blue colour, attracts bumblebees and helps them easily recognise the entrance.

Placement tips:
Place the bumblebee pot in a weatherproof location that receives morning sunlight and is shaded for the rest of the day, with the entrance facing east. Fill the pot with soft nesting material such as kapok, wool, or hay, and replace it annually in winter. Ensure the pot is ready by the end of February, so bumblebee queens can search for a suitable nesting site.
